Reservations
All reservations must be made through the Red Rover Camping website. We cannot guarantee availability of any site or accommodation if reservations are made through any other means.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will not be refunded.
Age Requirements
All individuals making a reservation must be at least 18 years of age.
Occupancy
The number of individuals occupying a site or accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for that site or accommodation.
Pets
Pets are allowed at designated pet-friendly sites and accommodations only. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times and cleaned up after. Pet owners will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. All guests are expected to respect the peaceful enjoyment of other guests during these hours.
Alcohol
The consumption of alcohol is permitted in designated areas only.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any buildings or enclosed areas.
Firewood
Firewood can be purchased on site or brought in certified heat-treated firewood only.
Damage
Guests will be held responsible for any damages to the site or accommodation caused by them or their guests.
Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Red Rover Camping website, its owners, and its employees from any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from the use of the site or accommodation.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Red Rover Camping website is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Red Rover Camping website and the guest regarding the use of the site or accommodation.
By using the Red Rover Camping website, guests agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
